Susan Parisher had a distinguished 21 year career as a Military Police Officer. By day, she served as an Army prison warden, but at night, she was a prisoner in her own home, abused by her violent husband. She says she was "rock bottom and faithless," but she desperately cried out to God for help and safety. Then she had to defeat the lies in her head and replace them with the truth of God's love and Scripture.
